Amber iX Desktop: Remote Drive (Windows)

A folder or external USB drive can be mounted for remote access in Windows File Explorer.

Requirements

Windows: Download and install WinFsp.

Remote Mounting (Folder or Directory)

To mount, simply right-click the directory → Remote Mount.

Note: Only one folder or external USB drive can be mounted at a time.

Click Apply.

The mounted folder or USB will appear as a drive in Windows File Explorer.

Unmount

Go to Remote Drive in Amber iX Desktop → Unmount.
