How to delete an AmberCloud account
NOTE: Deleting an AmberCloud account will result in a loss of all data shared to you. You may also need to do a complete reset of any Amber device that was bound to your deleted cloud account.
To delete your AmberCloud account, sign in to your account at myamber.cloud/
Click on your profile in the top right and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click DELETE MY ACCOUNT
You will be presented with important information prior to deleting your account and a notice of the consequences of deleting your AmberCloud account.
You must check the checkbox that indicates that you acknowledge the above notices in order to confirm the deletion of your account.
Once it is confirmed, then your account is officially deleted.
If you regret deleting your AmberCloud account, you may initiate an Account Recovery Process within 30 days. You will not be able to re-use the same email for a new account sign-up for another 180 days.
