Enable SMB on your Amber OS

In order to map your Amber device as a network drive on your local network you will need to enable the SMB feature on your Amber. 

1. Access the Amber X OS from your browser of choice, (ie: Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Chrome). using the address:  http://Latticenode.local 

Once the page loads, click connect next to the unit you wish to connect to. 

2. On the main screen click on the "control panel" button

3. on the control panel click on the file service tab. 

4. On this screen click the checkbox next to Enable SMB. Click apply to finish. 

Once this is completed you can use the path name to set your Amber as a network drive.
