Sending iX mobile App Logs for Troubleshooting
1. Log into your iX app and follow the next procedures to get the logs submitted.
2. Please provide your email address and App ID in Settings → General → App Info upon request.
3. Once the App ID is provided notify the support agent, they will send a request notification. Tap on the notification request in the app and verify the request by entering the 4-digit code.

4. Request verified successfully. Once completed advise the Support agent and they will send the logs to our dev team on an internal ticket.
