How to approve a log request from your Amber iX App (mobile/desktop)
From the iX mobile app:
1. Tap on the notification button (bell icon) at the bottom of the app screen.
2. On the notification screen tap on the request to verify.
3. On the next pop up, enter the pin provided on the screen and tap verify.
4. On the last pop up hit OK to complete the steps. At this time you can advise the representative that the request for logs has been approved.
From the Amber iX desktop app:
1. On the amber iX home screen tap on the notification button (bell icon) in the top right-hand side of the page.
2. On the pop up tap on the button to approve the log request.
3. On this pop up enter the provided PIN code and tap verify to approve and send the logs to support.
4. On the last pop up tap OK. Once this is done you can advise your rep that the logs have been approved.
