Your Amber device includes a standard warranty of 30 days for a refund and 1 year for parts coverage.

Before sending your device to LatticeWork for RMA, please ensure that all data stored on your Amber has been backed up. Customers are responsible for saving their data prior to return, as well as covering the cost of shipping the approved RMA unit to LatticeWork.
