Why can't I find my Amber X?

1. Make sure your Amber is already powered up. (You can see LED light turns to solid blue or blinking yellow.)

2. Make sure your Amber is connected to your home network.

3. Make sure your PC or computer network is connected under the same LAN with Amber.

4. Tap the refresh button to check the Finder result again on our browser
