Windows network share is read-only. How to change it to read-write?

I use my Amber PRO as a NAS and it's getting full, so now I am looking to clear some space. Now I find out everything is read only. When I try to change to read-write Windows/NAS says no. How can I make files or whole folders be delete-able?
