  Hi Jimmy,

  Are you referring to Android? If so, there is an issue with Android backing up all photos & videos across all apps and not just from the Camera Roll. This issue will resolve itself when Android does not allow access to other apps, which should be soon.

  Hello.   I am using the Camera Roll Auto Backup feature.  Is there a way to exclude items (for example, exclude by folder)?  Manual Backup option is nice but, I do want Auto Backup... just don't need everything backed up.

  I found the following feature request and I believe my question maybe another way of asking the same.

  Hi Michael.  Thank you for your attention to this matter.  Yes, I'm on Android.  That's good info you shared.  I still can't be sure if the fix you're referring to applies to my issue.  Perhaps it will.  IF the fix you mention means Auto Backup of the Camera Roll will be limited to the following path and it's subfolders, then Yes.  My issue will be resolved.   Camera Roll Auto Backup should be limited to =>  '/internal storage/DCIM/'  ??   If you can provide an answer to that question and any other pertinent details like the timeline of resolution, it would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Jimmy, just wanted to keep you posted and let you know that it appears that Android 12 has not resolved this issue of backing up photos from all apps and we are working on a solution to this. Please stay tuned and keep an eye out for Amber OS & App Updates.
