Cannot enable AI feature
Hello,
I just got my Amber X.
I plugged it into my router, ran through the setup, and backed up my phone camera roll, no problem.
I went Into the app and saw the AI feature.

Hi Joe, we have identified an issue on release and have corrected this issue. Users should be able to download and install the AI feature correctly.

I clicked into it, and it says my OS doesn't support it. However, the device reports it is running the latest OS. I used the IP to connect to the device via browser, and see a notification that it can't install the AI package. How can I get it working? Has this happened to anyone else?
