What do I do if I have a degraded volume?
1. Go to Control Panel > Volume and confirm the volume is degraded. Amber's LED should also be solid red.
2. Go to Control Panel > Disk to see which hard disk is having problems (Disk1 or Disk2). In the example below, Disk2 is missing indicating there is a problem with it. Unscrew Amber and confirm that the hard disk is connected.
3. If the hard disk is connected but the volume is still showing that it is degraded, you may need to replace the hard drive and rebuild the volume. After the hard disk is replaced, go to Control Panel > Volume, check the Volume and click Rebuild.
