What is the difference between Personal and Local Common Folders?

Folders under Personal are accessible only to you and the admin (admin permission level on users can be changed in Control Panel -> User settings). Public folders or Local Common folders are accessible by all users in Amber OS. They must be exported to be accessible from Amber iX Apps.
