If purchased through our site and you are not satisfied or the item is defective, you can contact LatticeWork customer support for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. LatticeWork will provide all the detail so you can return the product to its service center. The products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges.

There you will provide us with all the details, and we will evaluate if the product needs to be replaced and instructions on how to send it back to LatticeWork Service center. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 3-5 business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
