If I delete photos on my phone that are backed up to Amber X, will these photos on Amber X get deleted ?

No, the backup function acts strictly as a backup function and is not synced. If for some reason the backup is deleted on Amber X and you wanted to re-backup everything on the phone, you can Reset Backup in Settings > Backup & Upload > Camera Roll Backup > Backup Settings > Reset Backup.
