Why don't I see new photos from my mobile device being backed up to my Amber?

On your Amber iX mobile app, make sure that you have the following settings enabled under Settings > Camera Roll Backup > Backup Settings

• Backup Over Cellular Network (cellular data fees may apply)
• Backup During Low Battery
• Background Backup

Amber iX will backup any existing photos found during the last time the app was launched and will run in the background for 60 minutes or until those photos have been backed up, whichever is shorter. If the app was running the background or closed and new photos were taken, then the Amber iX app will need to be launched again.

NOTE: The default background run time is 60 minutes as long as your battery is above 20%. All background backups will halt if the battery life is 20% or below.
