Why is Amber iX slowly backing up my photos from my Android device?

Your Android device might be putting the Amber iX app to sleep and cutting off the connection between your phone and your Amber X. When backing up your photos with camera roll, we recommend you to turn off the setting from your Android device that automatically puts apps to sleep.

Note: Increased battery usage may occur. Settings may vary from phone to phone.

To change this setting:

1.) Open your Android Device's Settings app

2.) Navigate to Device Care

3.) Tap on Battery

4.) Tap the 3 dots on the top right corner to open Battery Settings

5.) Toggle 'Put unused apps to sleep' to off
