If your Amber is not working as it should, please submit a claim here.
Please note that users are responsible for saving or backing up data contained in Amber before returned to Latticework for RMA. Customer is responsible for the shipping charge to send the approved RMA unit.
LATTICEWORK WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DATA AND WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF SUCH DATA WHILE THE PRODUCT IS IN LATTICEWORK'S POSSESSION.
