This Help Center Article will help you download the logs from your mobile phone and will allow Amber engineers to troubleshoot the issue you have encountered.
- Open Amber LiFE APP.
- Navigate to Setting "Gear Icon" top left.
- Tap On "General".
- Tap eight times over "LatticeNest Server" to open the dialog box.
- This will open a dialog box requesting your LatticeNest password.
- Tap on "Download Logs".
- The logs will be downloaded to the "LiFE Folder" and you will be able to move to your Amber from there.
- Move File to Amber
- Once you have moved to your Amber please send back to Technical support via email.
