Why don't I see Amber in the Amber Manager App?
Please follow the steps below if you don't see Amber in the Amber Manager App:
1. Please make sure Amber is connected to the network from its WAN port.
2. Please make sure Amber is powered on (Amber LED will be solid blue or blinking yellow).
3. Please make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as Amber.
4. Tap the refresh button to refresh the results again.
